Patricia Minta,
RD, LD
Patricia Minta is a Registered Dietitian, author, and public speaker. She has been in practice for 19 years in many areas including hospital, long term care, outpatient settings, and private practice. She specializes in wellness programs for groups and individuals.
Patricia’s latest publication entitled “Mom, What’s For Dinner?” was born out of the needs she sees as she speaks to parents and how difficult they find it to plan and prepare nutritious meals with the busy schedules of their families. Planning nutritious meals takes only a small amount of time up front, but saves a tremendous amount of time later. All the meals and scheduled family events are coordinated. By using this time-saving method, families have been able to reduce their convenience and fast-food consumption and actually have more nutritious meals and more family time.
Patricia is a wife and mother of two very active teenage boys, and her family has the typically busy American schedule. She has been using her method of meal planning since graduating from college with a degree in Nutrition. Her method of meal planning and preparation is the best way to decrease the stress of meal preparation while providing the best nutrition for her family.
Patricia is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Illinois Dietetic Association. She is certified as a nutrition expert by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed by the State of Illinois.
